Thank you for applying for an APA outing!

Applications are reviewed and positions filled on a rolling basis. Acceptance emails will be sent approximately one week after the application deadline. Some trips will fill in advance of the application deadline, at which time the application form may be closed.

Once accepted, please prepare for the trip by following the forthcoming guidelines from the outing leader. Your trip leader will also contact you to arrange payment for shared costs. Please download, print, and sign an American Canoe Association release form for each participant in your party, and bring it with you. Check the box for “ACA Event Membership.” Membership is mandatory and included in the outing cost-sharing. Adult form. Minor form.

If you haven’t already done so, please become a member of the American Packrafting Association and join our amazing community of packrafters to promote safety, education, and conservation so that America’s wild lands are preserved and packrafters can enjoy and maintain them in a pristine state. We need your voice and continued support as we delve into projects and issues that effect packrafting and wild lands conservation across America.
